One of the UK’s leading universities, Royal Holloway University of London combines world-class research with a global perspective. Alongside it’s exemplary academics, Royal Holloway has a proud sporting heritage, ranging from top athletes and competitive sports teams to social sport and exercise.

Looking to update their Sports branding whilst still maintaining important references to their history, Royal Holloway selected Forth to design a Royal Holloway Sport identity, as well as sub-identities for the 35 different student teams. The bear mascot was designed in a contemporary graphic language to effectively contrast with the detailed coat of arms, creating an identity that placed Royal Holloway Sport firmly in the contemporary sporting arena while still making reference to its proud history. Comprehensive brand guidelines were produced to assist Royal Holloway and the students to effectively take ownership of their new brand.
